Description: VDI Senior Consultant who will function as a supplemental resource within the customer's IT organization. The primary focus of the role is on endpoint deployment and management for VDI.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph).
Primary Responsibilities
Ability to provide assistance with Dell Hybrid Client/WinloT (Thin Client OS).
Expertise in Wyse Management Suite (WMS), which is used to manage Thin Clients and their operating systems.
Understanding of Ubuntu or Linux.
Knowledge of thin client imaging and patch management.
Ability to troubleshoot networking and transport issues that may affect communication between the thin client and Wyse Management Suite.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with VDI/Horizon
Experience with Wyse
Salary Range: $230,000 - $240,000 Annual Compensation Figures listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location.
